Intelligence Game Private Limited operating under the brand name – QuizBee ("QuizBee", "We", "Our", "Us", "Company") is committed to the protection of personal information provided by the users ("You", "Your", "User") of QuizBee’s Services, Platform and/or Application (all, as defined hereinafter). This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is a binding agreement between you and QuizBee and its affiliates and subsidiaries. The Services, Platform and Applications are owned, operated and provided by us. By using, accessing and registering for the Services on our Platform and/or Applications, whether through a mobile device, mobile application, computer or any other device, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of service more particularly provided on the Platform and/or Application (the "Terms of Service") and this Privacy Policy. The User further consents to QuizBee’s collection, retention, processing, use, disclosure, and protection of Personal Data (as defined hereinafter) and/or Sensitive Personal Data (as defined hereinafter), whether or not the User creates an account / login credentials to avail of the Services.
This Privacy Policy (together with the Terms of Service and any other document(s) referred to in the Terms of Service) sets out the basis on which any Personal Data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. It further informs the users about how we store, and/or share any Personal Data provided by the Users. By using and accessing our Services, the Platform and/or Application, the Users expressly consent to the collection, storage, transfer, , disclosure and any other use of the information they provide as described in this Privacy Policy  and the Term of Service, which prescribes terms and conditions for use of the Platform, Application or availing Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our views, policies and practices regarding your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data and how we will treat it. By accessing, browsing or using the Services and / or registering for an Account, you agree to this Privacy Policy along with any changes as may be made from time to time and you are consenting to QuizBee’s collection, processing, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data as described here. If you do not provide the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that QuizBee requires, QuizBee may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

This Privacy Policy is effective upon your accessing, using or downloading the Platform, Application and/or use of our Services.
The headings of each section in the Privacy Policy are only for the purpose of organizing the various provisions under the Privacy Policy in an orderly manner and shall not be used by either Party (as defined hereinafter) to interpret the provisions contained herein in any manner. Further, it is specifically agreed to by the Parties (as defined hereinafter) that the headings shall have no legal or contractual value.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will send notifications vide e-mail or message to you about any such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Platform and/or Application, and the user can waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. You are encouraged to preview this Privacy Policy periodically in order to stay informed of any such updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use, access, browsing of the Platform, Application and/or Services after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature and is a legally binding document between you and QuizBee.
Definitions
"Account" means the account created and registered on the Platform by the User and which comprises of all details including Personal Data.
"Applicable Laws" shall mean any and all: (a) laws, statutes, constitutions, treaties, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, guidance, and common law; and (b) all judicial, executive, legislative, administrative or military orders, directives, decrees, injunctions, judgments, permits, agreements, and other legal requirements, in each case, of, with, or adopted or imposed by any Governmental Authority (as defined hereinafter), now or hereafter in effect and, in each case, as amended from time to time.
"Application", singular or plural, refers to any of our html-based / internet-based computer programs, smart phone, tablet or personal computer applications and all other software programs made available to Users by us.
"Content" means all information that is created, uploaded, posted and stored on the Platform such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information and includes any other information made available by QuizBee on or through the Platform including proprietary QuizBee content and any content licensed or authorized for use by or through QuizBee from a Third Party (as defined hereinafter). 
"Data Protection Law" means any data protection, data security or privacy law, including, without limitation, the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 applicable for Users from the European Union (the "GDPR") and any laws governing Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data or information from outbound telephone calls, transmission of electronic mail, transmission of facsimile messages and any other communication-related data protection, data security or privacy laws.
"Dispute" shall have the meaning given to it in Clause XVI.
"Governmental Authority" means any government authority, statutory authority, regulatory authority, government department, agency, commission, board, tribunal or court or other law, rule or regulation making entity/ authority having or purporting to have jurisdiction on behalf of the Republic of India or any state or other subdivision thereof or any municipality, district or other subdivision thereof.
"Intellectual Property" or "IP" includes ideas, concepts, creations, discoveries, inventions, improvements, know how, trade or business secrets; trademarks, service marks, designs, utility models, tools, devices, models, methods, procedures, processes, systems, principles, synthesis protocol, algorithms, works of authorship, flowcharts, drawings, books, papers, models, sketches, formulas, proprietary techniques, research projects, copyright, designs, and other confidential and proprietary information, databases, data, documents, instruction manuals, records, memoranda, notes, user guides, in either printed or machine-readable form, whether or not copyrightable or patentable or protectable under any other intellectual property law, or any written or verbal instructions or comments.
"Intellectual Property Rights" or "IPR" include: (a) all rights, title, and interest under any statute or under applicable law including patent rights; copyrights including moral rights; and any similar rights in respect of the Intellectual Property, anywhere in the world, whether negotiable or not; (b) any licenses, permissions and grants in connection therewith; (c) applications for any of the foregoing and the right to apply for them in any part of the world; (d) right to obtain and hold appropriate registrations in Intellectual Property anywhere in the world; (e) all extensions and renewals thereof; and (f) causes of action in the past, present or future, related thereto including the rights to damages and profits, due or accrued, arising out of past, present or future infringements or violations thereof and the right to sue for and recover the same.
"Opt-Out" means (as the case may be) a tick on our login page indicating your refusal to our use of your Personal Data and the mechanism explained in Clause IX of this Privacy Policy.
"Party" refers individually to each of you and QuizBee.
"Parties" refer to both you and QuizBee jointly.
"Personal Data" means any personally identifiable information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including data that identifies an individual or that could be used to identify, locate, track, or contact an individual. Personal Information includes both directly identifiable information, such as a name, identification number or unique job title, and indirectly identifiable information such as date of birth, unique mobile or wearable device identifier, information that could be used to identify a household, telephone number, key-coded data or online identifiers, such as IP addresses, and includes any data that constitutes "personal data" under the GDPR or similar terms under other Data Protection Law.
"Platform" means QuizBee's website which is accessible at “https://www.quizbee.co.in"and its related pages, the Application(s) or such website and/or any mobile applications powered by QuizBee to provide Services, but does not include any website or mobile application owned or operated by a Third Party that may be accessed from any page on [.] or mobile application powered by QuizBee.
"Sensitive Personal Data or Information" with respect to a person means such personal information which consists of information relating to: (i) password; (ii) financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details; (iii) physical, physiological and mental health condition; (iv) sexual orientation; (v) medical records and history; (vi) biometric information; (vii) any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service; and (viii) any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise.
"Services" shall mean the various skill and learning digital games offered on the Platform by QuizBee along with along with other promotional and interactive features.
"Third Party" shall mean a party which is not a signatory to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
"User" capitalized or otherwise, means the person who accesses and/or uses, the Services, and, if authorized and applicable, the entity on whose behalf any person accesses or uses the Services.
"We" refers to QuizBee and related phrases "us" and "our" should be understood accordingly.
"You" capitalized or otherwise means the User. "Your", capitalized or otherwise, has a corresponding meaning.
All terms capitalized but not defined herein shall carry the same meaning as ascribed to them under the Terms of Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In order to provide the Services to you, QuizBee  may collect, use, disclose and process the following data about you: information that you provide when you fill in forms on the Platform when accessing and/or using the Services, or when you create an Account within the Services; details of your use of the Services and the resources that you access; details of the correspondence between you and QuizBee and any interactions, or with other Users on the Service, and information collected via cookies and other similar technologies and/or other mechanisms, as explained further below:

  1. Account Details: Information that you provide by creating an Account including but not limited to details such as User’s first and last name, date of birth, credit card or other payment data, home or another physical address, e-mail address, phone/mobile number, other contact data, your unique username for your Account, details or forms submitted on the Platform which includes your Personal Identification Information and other information provided at the time of browsing the Platform, registering to use the Platform and our Services, documents and information uploaded on to the Platform for creating an Account, posting material or requesting further Services from us are collected during registration process and when you subsequently use your Account. In order to authenticate the information provided by you to us, we may also collect copies of government issued identification documents such as passport, PAN card, Aadhar card or driving license as permitted by Applicable Laws.
  2. Cookies and Similar Technology: QuizBee uses cookies and other similar technologies while providing the Services on the Platform and/or Application. These technologies operate either by placing a small file of letters and numbers which stores some information on your browser or the hard drive of your computer and/or if your mobile device; and/or by accessing information on your device, if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. The cookies are used by QuizBee to recognize you and your device, for example by identifying your IP address; to distinguish you from other Users of the Platform thereby allowing us to provide you with a good experience when you browse the Platform and also allows us to improve the Platform; to allow the Services to interact with a Third Party social network or platform; to allow payment processes when you submit payment instructions; to enable QuizBee and Third Parties to provide you with more customized services; and to collect data such as your device's model, operating system and screen size, other applications installed on your device, and information about how you use the Services. We may use cookies automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our Platform or while accessing our Services. You agree that we may use such information to do internal research on our Users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our Users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Services you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  3. Please note we use several types of cookies such as strictly necessary cookies, analytical/performance-based cookies, functionality cookies, commercial cookies etc. You can disable cookies through your web or mobile device browser settings but some features of the Services may not function properly. Alternatively, if you do not wish such data collection as described in this section, you should stop using the Services. Please note that Third Parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies. We may use certain Third-Party web analytics services on the Platform such as Google Analytics. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze how visitors use the Platform. The information collected through these means (including IP address) is disclosed to these service providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the Platform. These analytic services may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the marketing materials of their own advertising network.
  4. Location Information: By accessing and/or using the Services, Application and/or the Platform you consent to QuizBee tracking your location and provide your consent to QuizBee to use, collect, track and store information about your location for reasons including but not limited to providing the Services, to provide special features, to deliver ads that relate your interests and/or to improve and customizing the Services.
  5. Log Data: Servers automatically record information created by your use of the Services. This data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location information, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, sensor data from your device, information about things near your device, such as wi-fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices subject to your settings and device permissions; search terms, and cookie information. Log data is received by us when you interact with the Services. This data is used to provide the Services and to measure, customize, and improve them.
  6. Financial Information, such as data related to your payment method, details of bank accounts or credit card information which you link to our Platform and to your Account in order to process payments (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you provide the same while using the Services for reasons such as transfer of money to your bank account during the quiz Contest and after the user has won the Contest. For instance, whenever you pay for/purchase Coins to join any Contests on our Platform or attempt to withdraw the Winnings using our Services and/or Platform, QuizBee may collect information related to your financial and billing information details required to process the related transactions; or do so on behalf of the relevant Third-Party payment service providers. We store only the financial information required to enable us to service your requests, With respect to any financial information that you may provide our Third Party payment processors such as Paytm, etc, for purchase/refund/withdrawal via their services you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and terms of use and contact them directly for responses to your questions as all such information collected shall be subject to the policies applicable to of such providers. Winnings may be withdrawn by User from their account, subject to the completion of KYC verification and will be subject to TDS deductions.
  7. Links: The Platform and the Services also includes links to other websites. Such websites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond QuizBee’s control. Once the User leaves QuizBee's servers (the User can tell where he/she is by checking the URL in the location bar on the User's browser), use of any information provided by the User is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website which the User is visiting. That policy may differ from QuizBee's own. If the User can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site's homepage, the User may contact the site directly for more information. QuizBee is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
  8. Third Party Services: QuizBee uses a variety of Third-Party services to help its provision of the Services, such as hosting and other services. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address, location and devices' unique identifiers. Also, third-party ad partners may share information to measure ad quality and tailor ads, for example to display ads about things you may have already shown interest in.
    As stated in Clause I (2) hereinabove, we may also use service providers such as Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is in accordance with its policies: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can prevent Google’s collection and processing of data by using the Google Ads Settings page or as set forth in their privacy policy. You can block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies), you may not be able to access all or parts of the Platform. You further agree that if you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other Users or Third Parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect and/or store such information.
  9. In the course of providing the Services, Users may invite other persons under the "Refer a friend" program to participate in any of the services by providing the email address or Facebook username of such persons. QuizBee may thereafter use this information to contact the invited person and invite such person to register with QuizBee (if such invited person is not an existing User) and participate in the game in relation to which such person was invited by the User. Access and use of the Services, Platform and/or Application by the invited person shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. The User hereby represents and warrants that the invited person has provided his/her consent and agreed to such disclosure to and use of their email address and Facebook username by QuizBee.
  10. Additionally, we may also collect, use, or disclose the following data about you: (i) we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them; (ii) details of transactions you carry out through the Platform; (iii) details of your visits to the Platform; (iv) information about the apps, browsers, and devices you use to access our Platform, which helps us provide features like automatic updates. The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number; (v) other additional information provided by you when you update or add information to your Account, respond to surveys, communicate with our customer care team or use other features of our Platform; (vi) other information as may be required or necessary, for example in connection with a promotion or when you report a problem with the Platform; and (viii) information directly related or incidental to any of the above.

2. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. By using our Services, creating an Account or accessing the Platform, you grant us the permission to collect, use, copy, transmit, store and back-up your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data for purposes of the Services and/or for any other purpose(s) as contemplated by the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. This is subject to the restrictions in Clause IX of this Privacy Policy. Please note we shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the Personal Identification Information, Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data or any other information supplied by you to us or any other person acting on our behalf.
  2. In the event a User wants personalized experience, QuizBee may collect Personal Data from you in the manner provided in Clause I – Information We Collect, and only upon your consent to this Privacy Policy may QuizBee use such Personal Data to improve its marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse usage, improve the content of the Services, product offerings, and to customize the Platform content, layout, and Services, in order to improve overall experience on the Platform.
  3. The purposes for which Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data or any data collected through cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs information may be used by us include:
    1. Remember and save information so that the User will not have to re-enter it during your next visit on the Platform;
    2. To enable you to access and use our Platform and Services and interact with other users of the Platform;
    3. Ensuring that the Content(s) of the Platform are presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computers and other devices;
    4. Provide and monitor the efficiency of our Services and Platform and providing customer service, improving our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, , improve our services content and service offerings, and provide custom based, personalized Content, layout, Services and information on the Platform, including pushing relevant advertisements to the User as well as customizing your experience;
    5. Process payments, process transaction undertaken by you including purchases and refunds;
    6. Monitor metrics such as the total number of visitors, traffics, usage, and demographic patterns on our Platform;
    7. Resolving disputes; troubleshooting problems, diagnose or fix technical problems related to the Platform;
    8. Providing you with alerts, newsletters, materials or information that you have requested or signed upto;
    9. Carrying out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
    10. Allowing you to participate in interactive features of our Services, when you choose to do so;
    11. Complying with the Applicable Laws and regulations;
    12. For legal proceedings, including collecting overdue amounts and seeking professional advice;
    13. Improving and furthering our Services subject to your exercise of the Opt-Out;
    14. Informing you about our latest deals, products, services, updates and special offers and for promotion and marketing purposes;
    15. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Platform, measuring your interest in the Services provided by us and otherwise to plan for and modify and enhance our Platform and/or Services;
    16. Detecting and protecting us against error, fraud and other criminal activity;
    17. Enforcing the Terms of Service;
    18. Sending service or support messages, security alerts, Account notifications, updates etc.; and
    19. Purposes directly related or incidental to any of the above.
  4. Payment and Financial Information
    1. Information related to your payment methods, card details, UPI ID, bank account etc. and any other purchase transaction related data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, these requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us.
  5. When you access the Platform, use our Services or enter Personal Data on the Platform, such Personal Data is used by the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that the Platform may also aggregate (gather up data across all Accounts) information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other Third Parties for other marketing and promotional purposes.
  6. You agree that we may use your Personal Data to contact you, send mailers and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted administrative notices, services offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Platform. We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. We may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our Services and products. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to Opt-Out of the receipt of certain communications in your Account. You may make changes to your Account at any time.

3. CONSENT

  1. How do you get my consent?

When you access, browse or use our Services, Application and/or Platform or provide us with any Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data to register your Account, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place a request for purchase, request for any Services you provide us your consent to our collecting, using, disclosing, transferring and storing your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at support@quizbee.co.in

4. DISCLOSURE

  1. Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data will also be used to facilitate communication, and processing of internal administrative and record keeping. We will keep the Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data we hold confidential and take steps to prevent unauthorized disclosures of the same to the best of our ability. However, we may disclose your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data or any other information shared by you in the circumstances set out below and you hereby consent to the same to be shared with:
    1. Our personnel, employees, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers to the extent reasonably necessary for the provision and maintenance of the Services or in connection with any of our operations;
    2. Any Third-Party service provider to whom disclosure is necessary to enable us to provide you with the Services which you wish to access on or through the website;
    3. any person/entity to whom disclosure is necessary in accordance with Applicable Laws and regulations;
    4. From time to time, to reveal general statistical information about our Platform and visitors, such as number of visitors, number and type of products and services purchased, etc;
    5. any Governmental Authority or statutory authority or court of law or judicial forum to whom disclosure is necessary in accordance with Applicable Law;
    6. In circumstances we believe necessary or appropriate to respond to valid claims and legal process, to protect the property and rights of the Company, to protect the safety of the public or any person or user, or to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity;
    7. The requisite persons in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violation of the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy;
    8. Persons under a duty of confidentiality to us;
    9. Any person/entity to whom disclosure is necessary to enable us to enforce our rights;
    10. To our associate companies, business partners, agents or Third Parties for the purposes of the Services or for any other marketing and promotional activity undertaken by or on behalf of QuizBee; actual or proposed transferees or participants of our Service;
    11. Our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (if any); or any entity that legally acquires QuizBee or its Platform by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you and take your prior consent before Personal Data about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Provided that we may share your Sensitive Personal Data without obtaining your prior consent with (i) Government Authorities mandated under the Applicable Law to obtain information including Sensitive Personal Data or information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences and (ii) any Third Party by an order under the Applicable Law for the time being in force.

5. SECURITY

  1. What we do
    1. We are committed to the safety and security of your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We use a cloud infrastructure provider for storing all information and for hosting the Platform. We place your Personal Data in an encrypted database. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls, data encryption and information access controls.
    2. We subject ourselves to regular checks by Third Party security evaluation specialists and restrict access to your Personal Data by our personnel on a need-to-know basis only. Once we have received your Personal Data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent, as far as is reasonably possible, unauthorized access to your Personal Data.
    3. Please understand that, while we strive to protect your Personal Data against potential risks and exposures, there is no absolute security in the online/ internet sphere. Although we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of the same. You shall accordingly agree that we shall not be held liable for any accidental dissemination of Personal Data that has occurred in spite of our best efforts and procedures to maintain confidentiality.

  3. You should keep your user ID/username and password strictly confidential at all times and should not share these details with anyone. In public areas, you should exercise caution and not leave your computer/device unattended especially whilst logged into your account. The use of established malware and virus protection software and apps for your device is recommended. You should also avoid using public computer terminals to access your Account, unless you can adequately verify that the terminal is free from spyware and that you can erase all of your information upon exiting the terminal. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to any failure to comply with these precautions.
  4. Please remember that if you post any of your Personal Data in public areas of the Platform, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control.

6. AGE OF CONSENT
By browsing, using, accessing our Platform and/or the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. 15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    1. Any complaint or dispute can be raised in writing to our compliance team at [.].
    2. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of India, and the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
    3. Each Party to the arbitration shall cooperate with each other Party to the arbitration in making full disclosure of and providing complete access to all information and documents requested by such other Party in connection with such arbitration proceedings, subject only to any confidentiality obligations binding on such Party or any legal privilege applicable to any such information and/or documents.

16. ASSIGNMENT
We may assign any of our responsibilities/obligations to any other person without notice to the User, at our sole discretion. However, you shall not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy to any other party, unless written consent is taken from us.

17. SEVERABILITY
